Try restarting the terminal by holding the “Power” button on the right side and pressing “Reboot POS”. If nothing happens, turn the terminal around, unlock the cover and remove the battery. Please make sure that the terminal is not charging, because it will not turn off despite the removed battery. After 10 seconds, reinsert the battery and the terminal should start normally.
