Can I add a new store?

Yes, of course. If your business has expanded, you can add more local or online stores.

  1. Log into your Merchant Dashboard account using your credentials.

  2. Click "Stores" on the main menu on the left side of the screen.

  3. Press "+ New store" and follow the process.

  4. Select the type of store you would like to add, i.e. a physical (local) or online one:mceclip2.png

  5. If you selected “Local store”, enter the relevant store data, including its category, its platform and the information you want publicly displayed.

  6. If you selected “Online store”, enter the relevant store data, including its category, its POS provider and the information you want publicly displayed.

  7. By completing the form, you have added a new point-of-sale.
