A payment may not be successful for several reasons:
- the customer does not have enough funds in the VALÚ account,
- the costumer has exceeded the monthly and/or annual limit of the VALÚ account,
- the customer does not have enough funds on VALÚ Moneta or has reached the monthly limit (even if they have enabled automatic top-up of VALÚ Moneta),
- VALÚ Moneta is not active,
- the operator is unreachable,
- technical problems.
