Why was a VALÚ payment unsuccessful?

A payment may not be successful for several reasons: 

  • the customer does not have enough funds in the VALÚ account,
  • the costumer has exceeded the monthly and/or annual limit of the VALÚ account,
  • the customer does not have enough funds on VALÚ Moneta or has reached the monthly limit (even if they have enabled automatic top-up of VALÚ Moneta),
  • VALÚ Moneta is not active,
  • the operator is unreachable,
  • technical problems.
